Sleep Diet

Cus you know the berry/tea combination didn’t work as well as Ophra claimed. And how could that be? How could Opera lie like that? Or, if it’s not true, how come all the Chinese people are so damn skinny?
So the new fad is! You guess it, sleep diet. Dubbed “You snooze you lose”, researchers and Glamour magazine have teamed up to see if sleeping right could help women lose weight. The result is “yes, it can”. But what does all this research and result really look like? We’ll take a closer look.
6-15 lbs in a 10 week period was the average parcipant’s weight loss. That means in 2 and a half month, people lost on average about 1lb per week. If you’re having trouble grasping this awesome optical impress, here’s how you can do your own experiment:
- Drink a pitcher of water in an hour. Do NOT go to the washroom. Pretend this is your ultra-sound exam. So don’t eat either
- After 2 hrs. Step on your scale. Note your weight to 2 decimal place. If you have no idea what this means you’re probably already a skinny bitch and don’t need to lose weight.
- Pee and inhale in relief.
- Step back on the scale. You should by now have lost 1lb in water weight alone.
Congradulate yourself. You have just accomplished what others take 8 hrs of sleep to do… in a WEEK! Wow! You’re super woman. Honestly people. You lose more weight by just being alive. So keep living.
I’m not fat or skinny but I have a fair share of flab. Plus I’m extremely lazy with bad eating habits and here’s the combination that works for me:
- lower your calorie in take. Just by being awake each day you spend around 2000 calories. So if your in take is less than that, you’re going to lose weight.
- Go to hot Yoga. Or just sit in a sauna/steam room. This is the laziest cardio workout you can have. The heat raises your heart rate which effectively gives you a cardio workout. So just sit there for an hour.
- Catch a flu. And while you’re feeling sick and groggy, eliminate your food in take. You don’t want to throw it back up right? I lost 6lbs in one day on this method alone. You can’t lose.
- Drink that water! Especially in the morning. It flushes your system and makes you want to poop in the morning. You could be waking up to losing 2lbs! Good job!
I finally realize why I was always 20lbs heavier than all my girlfriends just the other day.
Simple, I have muscles.. and they did not.
Because as I worked in construction doing house framing and shoveling clay, they worked in retail flipping burgers. So yea, because I had to lift 20 lbs more everytime I now weigh 20 lbs more too. Oh well, fact of life.
