The long awaited new season of SYTYCD is finally here and with the top 20 nailed down we can quickly get on our way to the fabulous show.

Better known (to me) as the guy who lost his partner (Katie’s gf) during Vegas week.

Jason Glover (Contemporary)

Vitolio Jeune (Contemporary)

Max Kipitannikov (Latin - Ballroom)

Leave it to the Russian guy to get the top 20 spot for ballroom

Evan Kasprzak (Broadway)

Evan’s brother Ryan had JUST missed the cut for the top 20 as they didn’t need two Broadway dancers on the show. Is it just me or is there awful lot of Contemporary guys in there to, I don’t know, allow one more Broadway?

Ade Obayomi (Contemporary)

In this picture he totally look more like a hip-hopper than a contemp dancer.

Jonathan Platero (Salsa - Ballroom)

Girls:

Karla Garcia (Jazz / Contemp)

Caitlin Kinney (Contemporary)

Caitlin is the one of the two fantastic contemporary sisters who tried out. Her sister only nearly missed the top 20 by being cut in the Mia Michaels routine. Caitlin’s background is in gymnastics so expect to see more fantastic back breaking tricks from this girl.

Asuka Kondoh (Latin - Ballroom)

Holy shit an Asian chick made it! Well, I suppose Katie was Asian enough being half Asian. I hope she goes far even though I foresee some early cutting.
